This Privacy Policy describes how Everora LLC ("Everora," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you access or use Everora's website, design and demo experiences, Blueprint-related outputs, jeweler onboarding and account flows, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to both:
- public users, including prospective customers and visitors who browse the website, use a demo, submit an inquiry, or share ring preferences; and
- jewelers, businesses, and their personnel who use Everora's business-facing services or communicate with us about those services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories.
A. Information You Provide Directly
If you are a public user, we may collect information such as:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- preferred contact method;
- message or inquiry content;
- ring design preferences, selections, notes, and related consultation inputs; and
- any other information you choose to provide to us.
If you are a jeweler, business user, or prospective business customer, we may collect information such as:
- business name;
- contact name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- website, Instagram handle, or other social media or business profile information;
- communications with us;
- onboarding information;
- account credentials, if account-based features are made available; and
- billing, subscription, or transaction-related information, which may include business billing details and payment-related metadata.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- referring pages or URLs;
- pages viewed and interactions within the Services;
- timestamps and session-related information; and
- basic diagnostic, log, performance, and security data.
C. Cookies and Similar Technologies

- operate and secure the Services;

- understand usage and performance;

- generate design summaries, Blueprint outputs, and related consultation artifacts;
- respond to inquiries and communicate with users and jewelers;
- route user submissions or design inquiries to a participating jeweler when requested or when a user submits through a jeweler-specific experience;
- onboard, support, and manage jeweler relationships;
- process subscriptions, invoices, or other business transactions;
- analyze usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve performance;
- maintain security, detect misuse, and protect our rights and users; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
3. How We Disclose Information
Everora does not sell personal information.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
A. With Participating Jewelers
If you submit an inquiry, design preferences, or related information through a jeweler-specific flow or request follow-up from a jeweler, we may share the information relevant to that request with the applicable participating jeweler.
B. With Service Providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, payment processing, customer support, or security.
C. Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- enforce our agreements;
- protect the rights, safety, and security of Everora, our users, jewelers, or others; or
- detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues.
D. Business Transfers
We may disclose information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
4. Payment Information
If you are a jeweler or business customer and you purchase a paid service, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors on our behalf. Everora may receive limited transaction details, billing details, and subscription status information, but we do not intend to store full payment card details ourselves except as processed and stored by our payment service providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- operate and improve the Services;
- maintain business and transaction records;
- support jeweler and user relationships;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
- resolve disputes; and
- enforce our agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, and operational or legal requirements.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is used.
You may also opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages or by contacting us directly.

As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, Everora does not sell personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to review and address the matter.
10. International Users
Everora is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including jeweler websites or social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, Everora does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals in a standardized way.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the Effective Date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated Privacy Policy will apply to your continued interactions with the Services.
